Plumberdirect.nl is a platform that makes it possible in an easy way to connect a client and in this case a plumber.

plumberdirect.nl therefore only works as a marketing channel and is not an actual contractor of jobs.

After a contact has been established between the plumber and the applicant (orally or in writing), the plumber will take over the agreement from plumberdirect.nl.

plumberdirect.nl is therefore in no way responsible for the concluded agreement or the work performed.

Fortunately, we have never experienced it, but if a dispute arises between plumber & client, plumberdirect will always be willing to mediate.
